We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.
Billing Analyst Responsibilities :
Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients
Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries related to billing
Maintain and update billing system and customer accounts
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth billing operations
Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes
Support the implementation of billing process improvements
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Billing Analyst Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred not required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with billing software and ERP systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
