LaSalle Network is hiring for a highly regarded third party insurance group, seeking a Client Manager, Health Benefits to join their Detroit, MI team! The firm brings over 20 years of expertise servicing a variety of industries across the Midwest. The Client Manager, Health Benefits role will be responsible for managing the implementation, onboarding and maintenance of essential accounts. This individual will have both management and individual contributor responsibilities with adequate growth opportunity. The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in benefits administration and PEO and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Client Manager, Health Benefits Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned benefit plans, including enrollment, onboarding, compliance and reporting
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze plan data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and plan improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, providers and other vendors
- Prepare reports for clients on plan performance and trends
- Contribute to the development and training of your team
