LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst that is ready to hit the ground running with a market leading insurance company! Compliance Analyst Responsibilities :
Lead the insurance forms and rate / rule filing process for new and existing Property & Casualty insurance products
Collaborate with compliance, actuarial, and underwriting teams to support ratemaking and product design
Respond to follow-ups and manage communications with state insurance departments
Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy forms, manuscript language, and policy reviews
Compliance Analyst Requirements :
5 years in a compliance role, ideally with an admitted carrier or similar organization
Strong familiarity with form / rate filings, commercial insurance lines, and state insurance department regulations
Ability to work independently on projects, manage filings from start to finish, and navigate state filing systems
Experience with policy forms and a solid understanding of underwriting and actuarial perspectives
Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently without extensive oversight
