LaSalle Network has partnered with a not-for-profit company, that is serving individuals, hospitals and medical associations nationwide. They are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their growing team.
The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for addressing and resolving member problems and complaints, explaining and recommending / upselling products and services, processing financial transactions and delivering service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the organization.
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities :
- Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's service promises
- Meets all established sales and service goals
- Possess adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment
- Explain and recommend credit union products and services
- Provide general account information
- Provide information on new and on-going promotions
- Address and resolve member problems and complaints
