Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Area Manager to lead operations across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and drive meaningful impact through exceptional service and client relationships.

Customer Experience Area Manager Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, using KPIs and data insights to drive results

Provide real-time feedback, address performance gaps and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment

Implement workflow changes and facilitate smooth transitions through effective change management

Build strong client partnerships to enhance service delivery, retain accounts and support growth opportunities

Resolve service, contractual and financial issues, ensuring operational continuity and client satisfaction

Oversee daily account operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet client needs

Analyze KPIs to identify trends, improve performance and enhance service quality

Oversee onboarding and seamless integration of new accounts within your assigned region

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, maintaining high safety and operational standards

Customer Experience Area Manager Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a leadership role

5 years of experience driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

4 years in people management, with a focus on KPI-driven decision-making and team development

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and teams across diverse locations

Strong problem-solving skills and experience with change management

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region
