Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding travel packages, addressing their questions and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Provide support for the operations team by preparing documentation, coordinating logistics and ensuring quality control for travel packages
Collaborate with internal suppliers to fulfill travel arrangements and ensure all customer requirements are met
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and trip details
Proactively identify and escalate any issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Work closely with the sales, travel and operations teams to deliver seamless service to customers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
No specific degree required; a strong customer service background is preferred
1 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, ideally in travel, hospitality or a related industry
Comfortable making phone calls, problem-solving and engaging in detailed conversations with customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Excel skills are a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a desire to grow within the travel and hospitality industry
