Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities :
Lead the preparation of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning
Monitor, analyze and interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights
Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
Drive high-impact process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide mentorship to junior analysts, fostering continuous learning and development
Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, HFMA) is preferred
5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong track record of success in a senior role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
