As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing smaller accounts, handling product inquiries, and supporting Regional Sales Managers. You'll work to maintain customer relationships, ensure data accuracy, and foster smooth collaboration across teams.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Maintain customer records, prepare sales reports / dashboards, and manage Salesforce user accounts and permissions
Manage and qualify incoming leads for the B2B dietary supplement and functional food / beverage markets
Submit pricing and regulatory requests, complete weekly summaries, customer call reports and pipeline reports
Inside Sales Representative Requirements :
Sales experience, preferably with an ingredient provider
Familiarity with the dietary supplement or food / beverage supplier space in a sales or support role is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-growth, dynamic environment
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceeding expectations
