Compensation :
- Hourly Pay Rate : $25-$30 per hour
- Hourly Bill Rate : $42 per hour
- Converting Salary : Around $52,000

More Macs than Windows.
Need professional decorum, faculty is used to being in charge, need to be able to take ownership in a respectful way.
Working with a teammate in the first month, shadowing.
Be responsive enough for the faculty, able to get tasks done accordingly.
Someone that has been around a little, can't have someone with less than 1 year experience.
Understand ticketing systems. TeamDynamix would be nice. Basic Troubleshooting.

The person in this position not only needs to know what these titles do, but how they interact with other titles and new / old hardware and operating systems. They will also need knowledge of how licensing is managed for these titles and be well versed in best practices for keeping a production environment patched and secure.
