LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-established radiopharmaceutical company seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager to manage facility upgrades, decommissions, mergers, and other infrastructure-related projects. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects related to facility upgrades, equipment procurement, and site management. This position requires hands-on project management, onsite surveys, building management, and strategic oversight across multiple locations. You will play a key role in driving these projects forward, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
This role involves travel to various sites in San Diego, Las Vegas, and Washington DC 2 weeks every month. The selected candidate will be responsible for booking / charging everything on their own card and will be reimbursed.
Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects, including facility upgrades, decommissioning, mergers, and purchasing of equipment such as computers, circuits, and network equipment
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets. Create templates and structures to manage projects effectively
- Perform site surveys and building management tasks across various locations, ensuring all projects meet the required specifications and deadlines
- Travel to various project sites in San Diego, Las Vegas, and Washington D.C. (approximately 2 weeks per month)
- Manage the procurement and purchasing of necessary equipment and materials for each site, ensuring all project requirements are met
- Track all project-related expenses and charge them to your own card, with reimbursement provided by the company
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution
- Be resourceful in managing the lack of a structured PMO; create and implement your own project management processes and templates
- Handle all administrative and logistical aspects of the projects, from booking travel to site-specific coordination
Project Manager Qualifications :
