- Resume Review & Candidate Screening - Support the hiring team by reviewing resumes and prioritizing intern roles
- Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews across multiple roles, managing both domestic and international candidates
- ATS Management - Utilize iCIMS to track applicants, post jobs, and organize hiring workflows
- Recruitment Support - Assist with 28 open roles, with more on the way, ensuring a seamless hiring process
