Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct thorough month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage financial data with precision.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide timely financial analysis and insights to inform business strategies.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
