LaSalle Network has partnered with a global company in the Nashville area. They are seeking a Senior Controller to manage the financial actions of the organization. This Senior Controller will oversee strategic finance, partnering with the CFO and an established accounting department including a management team.
This Senior Controller will be tasked with full oversight of the accounting and finance function and department while bringing a leadership presence to the organization. The CFO is focused on acquisition targets and needs someone who can partner with them regularly and provide leadership to the existing team and leaders of the other departments within the organization.
Senior Controller Responsibilities :
- Full oversight for accounting, finance, reporting, compliance, controls, treasury, legal and IT
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to stakeholders
- Maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Communicate with investors, analysts and other stakeholders regarding financial performance and strategy
- Supervise payroll and manage the annual audits
