As a Technical Recruiter , you'll report directly to our Market Director. Our Nashville office is unique, as it provides the fast-paced entrepreneurial feel of a growing office while being backed by the resources and leadership of an established organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market.
Technical Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including infrastructure, application development, data analytics, security, software development and ERP positions
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with candidates and clients
- Prioritize multiple job orders, ensuring urgency and attentiveness to client needs
- Consistently achieve weekly KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful placements and foster the growth of client relationships
