We are currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Traveling Career Coach to join our client's team. This individual will be instrumental in supporting candidates through their career transitions, providing one-on-one coaching, resume development, interview preparation, and other essential job search services.
Traveling Career Coach Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess candidates' career goals and strengths
- Provide tailored guidance on resume building, cover letter creation, and job search strategies
- Lead mock interviews, offer constructive feedback, and develop strategies to enhance interview performance
- Collaborate with candidates to create customized job search plans aligned with their individual goals
- Monitor candidate progress and provide ongoing encouragement and advice throughout their journey
- Stay informed on current industry trends and job market developments to offer relevant, up-to-date guidance
