Vice President, HR Operations

LaSalle Network is partnering with a privately-owned health information technology vendor. They provide practice management and revenue cycle management solutions. Our client is in search of a Vice President, HR. This individual is responsible for setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures and best practices and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management and HR Operations goals.

Vice President, HR Responsibilities :

• Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through HR Operations strategy and Talent Management
• Identifies KPIs for the organization's human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization's success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
• Ensures business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirements globally to minimize risk to the organization
• Researches, develops and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and employee incentive programs; principal responsibility for variable pay plan design
• Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety and other laws, regulations and requirements
• Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices in employment law, benefits administration, compensation / payroll and talent management
• Oversees the Total Rewards and HR Operations functions, including global compensation, US benefits strategy, planning and implementation, and global HRIS and India payroll operations
