We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate who enjoys sales and customer service. Your focus will be on providing a luxurious customer experience to all of our guests, selling our exclusive Lash Savings Plan (which saves our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person, phone or text
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Attend monthly employee meeting/training
- 1 years customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends, mornings and some evenings
- Ability to navigate various platforms and data bases.
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Hourly wage
