We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate / Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Oakland,CA.

Who we want on our team :
We are looking for an Front Desk Sales Associate / Assistant Salon Manager for our busy Oakland salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.
Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required .
