The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on driving business growth of the salon through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests. If you have a passion for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled guests
- Convert lash extension customers into members
- Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" ancillary service packages
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Own the schedule to maximize salon efficiency
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 years sales, service, and administrative experience in a beauty salon business.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Partnership mindset with owners and staff
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Ability to work the following fixed schedule
- Monday 2:30pm-5:15pm
- Tuesday 9:00am-2:30pm
- Wednesday 2:30pm-8:00pm
- Thursday 9:00am-2:30pm
