No Experience? OK! Take part in this opportunity and learn all the basics of lashing and great customer service. Bring a positive attitude and a desire to work hard to learn this difficult skill. Be prepared to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! Training through certification can take up to 8 weeks.
The Lash Lounge is a national franchise and our Newtown salon has a local, on-site and involved owner looking to increase our staff in Newtown, Bucks County, PA due to tremendous demand! Our salon offers a luxury experience specializing in eyelash extensions and making people feel their best. We are committed to creating a pleasant working environment that will WOW our clients with our service and the confidence that custom, beautiful new eyelashes will give them.
The ideal candidate has a POSITIVE attitude, exceptional attention to detail, can work with a team, is dependable, and has outstanding customer service & communication skills. We're prioritizing candidates eager to work 4 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend for 5 days total. Candidates who live within a 30-minute commute to our Newtown location are preferred. If you're not sure, use Village at Newtown, 18940 as a reference for travel time.
All candidates must have a valid Pennsylvania cosmetology or esthetician license. License must be provided at training. Travel out of the local area may be required for training.
Responsibilities Include :
- Performing superior quality salon services for our clients including : Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions; Eyelash perming; Facial threading, Tinting.
- Ensuring the salon's appearance is always top-notch and gives our clients and employees an outstanding environment appropriate for a luxury salon.
- Educating clients on all services and appropriate aftercare along with retail products' key benefits.
- Assisting with promotional and marketing events to help build the brand awareness of the salon.
- Attending staff meetings.
- Working evenings and weekends.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude towards guests and co-workers.

Compensation :
Paid training for 2 weeks. Compensation increases with progress. Once Certified in all skills, you'll move towards industry-competitive Commission. Off-site travel may be required for training.
