Duties and Responsibilities
As a Classroom Facilitator, your duties will include:
- Fostering and maintaining a constructive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning
- Facilitating weekly remote sessions for students
- Adjusting, tracking, and scheduling due dates to meet student needs, facility culture, and unexpected challenges
- Serving as students' primary point of contact, offering feedback and insights to TLM's Classroom Operations Manager
