The classroom facilitator plays a vital role in our organization by working closely with incarcerated students enrolled in TLM programs. These individuals orchestrate various elements to ensure an effective learning environment, maintaining technical equipment and coordinating installations while facilitating remote instruction sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly remote sessions for students
- Adjust, track, and schedule due dates to meet student needs and facility culture
- Provide feedback to the Remote Instruction team to improve content delivery
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee classroom operations, adhering to all required prison security protocols
- Maintain records of student and equipment issues
- Provide feedback to enhance program operations and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Demonstrated academic, professional, or volunteer experience in leadership or facilitator roles involving diverse groups
- Proficiency in working with technology, computers, and navigating websites
