*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated bookkepper, who can also assist customers, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quickbooks and accounting practices.
This role is for Evening Shift between 6pm and Midnight.
*Duties*
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist customers with information and issue resolution
- Utilize QuickBooks financial software
- Perform account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with the accounting team on tax-related matters
- Generate financial reports and assist in financial report writing
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, or similar financial software
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
