Customer Service Attendant

HIRING FOR: Entry level part-time attendants for both locations: 2776 S Seneca and 555 S Oliver.

HOURS: Evening Shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm, total of 10-30 hours/week. More hours can be obtained by covering all shifts at either store when necessary.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Outstanding customer service is a must! The ideal candidate will have previous keyholder responsibility in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment. Our store requires a level of maturity and life experience that allows for graceful handling of multiple tasks with multiple customers, all at the same time. Bilingual_ (English/Spanish) is a plus!_

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Helping customers use our equipment and the Speed Queen app.
• Using our point-of-sale system.
• Cleaning.
• Helping drop-off laundry customers.

REQUIREMENTS include:

• The ability to show up to work when scheduled and to be on time. (I can't stress this enough!)
• The ability to work alone.
• Learning our procedures and how to use the technology involved with our equipment and our POS.
• A friendly and helpful attitude.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• The ability to clearly communicate in a positive manner to customers and staff.
• The flexibility to cover open shifts.
• Standing and walking the entire shift.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
