Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesperson to join our team as a Designer Salesperson. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and expertise in outdoor living furniture and products.
About the Job
In this role, you will provide quotes and presentations to clients, perform sales functions, and prepare presentations for clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
- Performing all sales functions in Point of Sale.
- Preparing presentations for clients.
- Providing home consult visits for clients.
- Using a tracking sheet to stay updated on your client orders.
- Staying in regular contact with clients.
- Working with your manager to resolve and diffuse any issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years' experience with retail sales.
- Design experience. Formal training not required.
- Conversant in PC skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Photoshop or Illustrator and working knowledge of AutoCad a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong attention to detail and sound analytical skills an absolute must.
