Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team at The Laurel Group. As a Designer Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in outdoor living furniture and products.
About the Position
In this role, you will provide quotes and presentations to clients, perform sales functions, and prepare presentations for clients. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing home consult visits for clients.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products available through our vendors.
- Using a tracking sheet to stay updated on your client orders.
- Staying in regular contact with clients.
- Working with your manager to resolve and diffuse any issues.
- Working with Support/Delivery team to schedule client deliveries.
- Promoting all services provided by The Laurel Group divisions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
- Performing all sales functions in Point of Sale.
