Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities. This position is Monday - Friday and hours are 4pm - 8pm.
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing
- Operate laundry machinery such as washers and dryers
- Inspect and treat stains on fabrics
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundering techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a hotel setting
