- Lead the RAI process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and care plans within regulated timeframes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with significant experience in long-term care, preferably as an MDS Nurse.
- AANC certification (RAC-CT) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the RAI process and Prospective Payment System (PPS) is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
