Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our team, planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying the physician of changes in status
- Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications
Requirements
