Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our guests at The Laurels of Athens. As an RN, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to our guests. This includes supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of our guests' health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- New graduates welcome (we will train)
