State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Full-time
MUST be currently STNA state certified and in good standing.

Responsibilities
As an STNA, your key responsibilities will include:
- Take and record vital signs
- Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output
- Care for the guests' environment
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with eating and hydration
- Observe guests' skin and report changes to a licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be STNA certified in Ohio or have an acceptable exemption
