Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our guests
- Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in guest condition and update care plans accordingly
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
