Responsibilities
- Supervise the culinary staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served safely and efficiently.
- Plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of guests.
- Manage food purchases to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that guest care plans are developed and implemented.
Qualifications
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Serve Safe certification required.
- One to two years management/supervisory experience preferred.
