Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
As a member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with professionals to provide exceptional care to our valued guests. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and a commitment to empathy and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care Services: Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education to our guests.
- Supervision: Supervise the care services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA), and other team members who care for our guests.
- Guest Assessments: Assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status.
- Nursing Interventions: Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
