As a RN at The Laurels of Bedford, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. This will involve assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and supervising the care provided by other team members.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Assessing the health of our guests and notifying physicians of any changes in their status
• Developing and implementing care plans based on individual assessments
• Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize and prevent complications
• Contributing to guest assessments and the development of care plans

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
