**Job Overview**
The Laurels of Blanchester Careers is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, the RN will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care to our guests. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The RN will assess the health of guests and develop a plan of care based on that assessment. They will also provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. Additionally, the RN will supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting. You will also need to be able to contribute to a collaborative team environment and work effectively with guests, families, and healthcare professionals.
