Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members.
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition or prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
