The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a passion for caring for seniors. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing nursing care services and health education to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Assess the health of our guests and notify physicians of changes in status.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and develop comprehensive plans of care.
