**Role Responsibilities**
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care to guests
- Assessing the health of guests and developing a plan of care based on that assessment
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
- Supervising the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests
- Contribution to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
