Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Laurels of Blanchester, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. This includes supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members. You will also assess the health of our guests, notify physicians of changes in status, and select appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
