Responsibilities
- Supervise the delivery of nursing care by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals.
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of systems and processes used to deliver care and improve resident outcomes.
- Use the nursing process to provide individualized care and make data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- CurrenRN licensure required.
- CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialties are desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
