Nurse Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Carson City, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality nursing care to our guests. This will involve assessing their health, developing plans of care, and implementing nursing interventions to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.

You will also be responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop a plan of care based on assessment.
• Implement new orders from physicians.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development.
