Part-Time Afternoon/Night Shift Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Laundry/Aide.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, home-like environment for residents.
As a Laundry/Aide, you will be responsible for providing laundry services that enhance the quality of life for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleans linens according to department procedures and cleaning schedules
- Safely stores housekeeping supplies out of reach of residents at all times
- Properly disposes of trash and waste, including bio-hazardous materials
- Posts safety signs indicating potential hazards during housekeeping activities
- Uses personal protective equipment when exposed to blood or hazardous body fluids
- May perform cross-trained duties in Housekeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience as a Housekeeper preferred, but not required
