Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Carson City. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care and health education to our valued guests.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services, as well as supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for our guests.

About the Role:
- Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
- Contribute to the guest's assessment (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
