Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status
- Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in long-term care, preferably
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- CPR certification or acceptable exemption
