- Leadership Role: You will take on a leadership role and supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members who care for our guests.
- Guest Care: You will provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests.
- Guest Assessment: You will assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status. You will promptly implement new orders.
- Guest Care Plan: You will select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
