We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Enrichment Program Coordinator to join our team at The Laurels of Chatham, working part-time every other weekend and 2 days during the week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for creating engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement daily enrichment programs for residents, including planning field trips, games, crafts, and holiday celebrations that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Activities to develop and refine the activities program, ensuring it meets the evolving needs and preferences of each resident.
- Maintain strong relationships with family members, encouraging their involvement in programs and fostering a sense of community.
- Support residents in meeting their individual needs, preferences, routines, and choices, promoting independence and dignity.
