Key Responsibilities
As a skilled nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the care services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA), and other team members who care for our guests
- Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and prevent complications
- Contributing to the guest's assessment and development of a plan of care
