About the Role
This position is responsible for supervising the care services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), and other team members who care for our guests. You will work closely with the medical staff to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each guest.
Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in stabilizing a guest's condition and preventing complications. You will also contribute to the assessment and development of a plan of care for each guest, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
