Responsibilities:
- Dispense patient medications according to their individual needs
- Monitor patients' medication intake and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding medication management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Medication Aide certification
- At least one year of experience in elderly care, preferably in an assisted living or memory care setting
- BLS certification
- Prior experience working with geriatric populations
